Problem started with my bright lights turning off on there own... sometimes brightes come on some times they dont. When they do theyll go out with in mins. Now my blinkers dont work they make a weird noise but no indicator lite and no blinkers. My bright light indicator works properly just not the lights.. is this stemming from the same problem? And is this covered under recall- 11C18 ?

Probably the light module but could be the switch as well. You need to have codes pulled to tell.
