03 6.0 Not starting / Not cranking.

Hey guys,

Currently -10 all day, I usually plug it in at night but was unable to last night as I parked it at a friends.

I cranked it all day until both batteries died at which point I used my friends car to jump it.

When turning it over it'll crank a couple times then sputter and LOTS of black smoke, LOTS. She'll spit and sputter and die. After doing this for 5 minutes or so it doesn't crank and just ticks when you turn it over.
