2005 FORD F-350 Start/Cranking Problem

Hello, i'm new at this forum and i was hoping if i could get help on my truck's problem.

Truck Info
Model: Ford F-350
Year: 2005
Power-stroke: 6.0 Diesel

The truck has trouble on starting the engine at times, and also when i push down the pedal to accelerate, it would not go as i push down to the amount of speed it should be getting, i have to wait a bit.

What i do to start my engine:
-Turn the key switch ignition on about 5 times or so until it starts up.

When i'm driving the highway in 60 mph, the engine seems to work right.

I've been driving this truck with no issues, but this has been happening for months until it stopped but then again it came back.

Things i have done:
-Changed the fuel pump.

Can i get some feedback or some suggestions that could me find out what the problem is?

I would appreciate it, and thanks!

I would be looking at your FICM. Has the snap-to-connect fitting on the HPOP been changed yet? Does it start different when cold or hot?
