Angry replaced EBP sensor, Now new Problem

I have a 05 King Ranch F350, 4x4 6.0 . I do not have a scan tool. I was getting a studder while in overdrive so I started pulling parts and cleaning them. I cleaned the EGR valve, MAP sensor tube, and EBP sensor and tube. Put it all back together and all the sudden i had no Boost and the engine temp was raising very slowley. I figured that I had damaged the EBP sensor while cleaning it out. So today i put a new EBP sensor in it and unplugged the batteries to reset the computer so that it would relearn with a good EBP sensor. I started it up and the temps rose together fairly quick. All seemed good. I put it on the road and had no power and was pouring black smoke while going up a hill. I let it warm up a little more and accelerated and the boost came back with full force. Actually got up to around 35 LBs. Now it runs well but im still Pouring Black any time I accerate. Is this all due to the computer relearning? Or are there more parts that I need to fork out more cash for?

It's a guessing game, and a potential waste of money to try to fix these trucks without this.......Write Up: Monitoring the 6.0L PSD.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.
