wont start

I just got my truck back from having a new motor put it. I drove it for 2 day's. I started it up this morning to take the kids to school. Came home and parked it
Went out around 4 o'clock and truck wouldn't start. It is getting fuel to the filter on the motor. Any help would be great.

I checked my ficm and it tested good 48.6 even when I tried to start it.

Need an icp, and ipr reading if possible. Unplug the icp and see if it starts.

I belive I unplugged the icp it is on the driver around the head. It still would not start.
