Vibrations

I know this is gonna be hard to desribe and hard to ansew a question like this but I have 05 F-250 6.0 and her lately when the truck is stopped rather in gear or neatral there is a vibration sound coming from the back of truck, Kinda like a hum or something. making the bed of truck just sound like a vibrating sound. Is there anything to start looking for? I normal just set at the red lights and hear nothing but the engine but now this hummmmmmm/vib is driving me nuts, It not really bad I just know it was not doing it until now. Cant really tell it driving but when you stop you can hear it and sometimes you cant tel it as much?

Maybe exhaust system contacting something? Or maybe bed bolts loose, or something else is loose.

BUmp.. Could this be a fuel pump problem????? Still got the vib and the noise. I also notice my fuel gauge when I fill up doesnot go all the way to full at first. It will stay just above 3/4 quaters and then eventually go on up to full . Is the fuel pump under the warranty or not. I just tired or hearing the vib.
