Help!! 6.0 Running Rough

Hey guys the past two mornings my truck has been running rough after start up. Feels like the motor is going to fall out, RPM gauge bouncing all over the place, puffing black smoke. I used my SCT and got a shoping list long of error codes; P0261,264,267,270,273,276,279,282,284,611,673. I did a little research and all things point to a FCIM replacement party. I havent done any formal tests on the fcim yet, but Im guessing its time. However, later in the day the truck was cool, sitting about 6 hours I cleared the codes and ran fine I rechecked the codes once I got back home and threw the 611 code again. This morning I started the truck, let it warm for a little bit, ran rough as hell and pouring I would say a mixture of black and white smoke. Any thoughts? Sugesstions? Thanks guys
