Angry no start 05

I studded the heads new oil cooler new hpop no gaskets for all. I have cranked for a long time had truck hooked to another diesel whole time while cranking. Checked icp its clean and ipr. Icp pressure is 0 and volts is 0.2 ficm is fine at 48v and cranking only drops to 47.5. New stand pipes and dummy plugs. Everything was torque to spec. Factory gauge shows no oil pressure either. Any way to bleed air out of oil or any other suggestion. About to my wits end with this. Afraid of burning up my starter with the long cranks and getting hot... PLeASE HELP

Make sure your batteries are fully charged and on a charger. Pull your oil filter, hold the filter drain valve down, crank it over and see if the housing fills with oil. You can pour some oil a quart or so in the filter housing to fill the hpop resevoir. Crank for 30 sec, let it sit for 1:30, to let the starter cool. If the dummy oil guage doesn't come up, your lpop is not primed, if your not getting oil in the housing, the guage will not come up. Are you using motorcraft filter and cap?

It could take some time, you should really pull the oil filter and check for oil up there.
