Got it to run, but now missing ...

Hello guys ...

We were plagued with a 6.0 Lemon that has been in repair quite a few times.

It's an '06, F-350 Utility Body truck. It is used everyday, so its hard to get it repaired.

We had a shop replace a few orings in the system, and now seems to start ok.

What first started happening, when cold, it is really cold blooded and does not wanna run. Does want to accelerate.

NOw, even when warm .... it is missing like mad....Like a gas engine with bad plugs.

Off idle and WOT is 'ok' ... part throttle is when it does it the most.

Mileage is only 145K ... could this thing need injectors ??

Just last weekend, I have it a full service...including fuel filiters.

But this has been going on for a couple months...progressively getting worse.

Have you checked FICM? How are the batteries?

Funny you asked, as my batteries were low.

But after an overnite charge, we are back to to FULL power and a high crank speed....but problem still remains.

Also forgot to mention, it seems to be using ALOT of fuel. MIleage is down considerably.

How do you check the FICM ??

I'm assuming its a voltage check ??
