So last week my Ficm went out and the dealer wanted $800 for the new FICM, $400 in labor, and $120 to program the new FICM. I told them they were high and I had my truck towed back to my house. I did a lot of research online and decided that I would go with FICMrepair.com. He explained all kinds of stuff about the problem, the solution, and what sets him apart from all of the other repair services. The FICM got there on the 28th and I got it back on the 1st. Only because of the weekend. I had the FICM re-installed and the truck running in about 15 minutes. I got the Atlas 40 Tune and it does everything that Ed said it would do. Very minimal turbo lag, better fuel mileage, and 40 extra ponies. SOLD ha ha Also, because he actually pays attention to the details and his customers, i never mentioned that I was active duty military. He noticed my email address and my home address and gave me a military discount. It was much appreciated. All in all he saved me a whole lot of money, my FICM worked as he said it would, and he actually pays attention to the customer. I definitely recommend talking to him before you go and the let the ford stealer take your money.

Is the Atlas 40 tune that he offers new? I sent mine to him at the beginning of the year and dont remember this feature being on his site or I would have done it

Idk if it new or not. Ed called me last night at 9:00. He told what was wrong with my ficm and we talked a little about the 6.0 in general. Super nice guy, and great customer service. He is overnighting mine back to me, so I should get it tomorrow. I don't have a tuner so I should see the full benefit of the 40 extra ponies. Can't wait to wind her up a few times.
