what is this?

i was checking the oil in my truck yesterday and saw that under the intake elbow was a sensor or something that was unpluged. the dealer must have left it unpluged when they did my headgasgets. anyways i was wondering what this is. there was no cels before or after i pluged it back in. i did notice that the abs light came on when i pluged it back in but not sure its related. sorry i have no pics but its directly underneath the intake elbow.

It's probably the TPS plugin for the non-existant throttle body. If you look where it is supposed to plug in you may or may not even have any connections there. Not a big deal since they took it out of the strategy way way way back when. I took my butterfly out and if you get an A/M intake elbow for an 05-07 then you can take the throttlebody out completely.

I saw that plug before also. I looked at a couple of trucks at my work and they also have the plug. It must be normal.

Woops, I'm looking at a different plug. The one I am talking about is located under the right side exhaust.
