Black smoke, miss on low rpm, all after rebuild

hi i have changed hpop again in my car,
6.0 2004 modell,
and i changed headgasket and put in arp bolts, new injector orings,
before it run really good, until hpop broke down

now car dosnt run good at low rpm, and smokes really much, and studder its like its missing,

i have got a fault code on cylinder 4 before,, thought it maybe was injector so i changed place on 2 injectors but its still same, and still got fault code in cylinder 4,

so its hard to take of and smokes really much and studder/misses, but when i come up in rpm its smoke just little and seems to run good again ? and a little white/grey smoke.

so any help whit problem,
can it be injector harness ? have tried and moved cables but no different,
no fault codes now,

can it still be air in oil system i have drove it maybe 25minutes after rebuild, and have sit on idle 45min
ficm seem to be all good, voltage and so seem good,

anything else i can check.

i have tried some more, car runs fine over 1500rpm, under that it just blows black smoke and missed, hard to get it running,

what should i check, i have AE,
what should icp ipr read ?

have drove it for 15min now, 4gear is hard to drive in if u dont have high rpm, od gear u cant use the whole car is shaking and no power at all

hi i get this fault code now
P0272 cyl 4 injector circuit contribution / balance fault

cant do koer test because it stops and jsu tsay this fault code, and egr fault,
i have put back egr but still get faultcode for that :/


can i get this faults if i have bad batteris '??
because they really need to change,

Yes bad batteries can cause ficm failure, you need to get those batteries load tested first. You need a monitor solution also. That code can be from a couple of different things. You can also ohm test the suspected bad injector on pins 1-2 and 3-4. It should be .4 - .6 at ambient. Without a monitor, it is hard to help.

You need to be able to check ficm voltage constantly. The injector fuel oring/s or oil oring on the top could cause that code I believe. But I would get those batteries changed before you destroy your ficm. I believe another member had a bad oil oring on #6 cause a contribution on #4 from drop in oil pressure to the adjacent injector. Kindof wierd but possible?
