2003 6.0 Engine Wiring harness

Okay turns out my 2003 6.0 engine wiring harness is obsolete and is no longer made by ford... does anyone know if i can use a 2004 harness but move the ICP sensor wire to the back by the IPR sensor?
does anyone know the part number for the different wiring harnesses? Also is there anyone that knows the part number for a ECM? my wiring harness shorted out my ECM

Have your tried calling Tousley Ford? I find it hard to believe they would discontinue a wiring harness for such a popular product...

you and me both i called the dealership that my division of ford get our parts from which is Peoria Ford of AZ. they still make the 2004-2007 wiring harnesses but since the 2003 was the last year they made that harness since they switched the HPOP's up where the ICP and the IPR sensors are in the back where 2004 move the ICP sensor to the LS valve cover

called Tousley Ford and turns out they discontinued the 2004 main harness as well, i've been replacing all the parts that can fail on this thing with new parts so i don't have run-ability issues but looks like i'm stuck trying to fix my fried harness
