05 start up grinding

Well it's back. Today I started my truck up and it started to make a grinding noise. It doesn't grind as I'm starting it. It will start to grind after the engine is already going. It starts to grind by the time oil pressure is up, turbo starts spinning, tranny fluid starts pumping, and it only grinds for about 1-3 seconds. I've taken it in before for this and the techs couldn't find anything and there is a TSB out on it but the TSB is still looking for the cause. It still drives fine though.

mine started doing the same thing this week and i am bound to get to the bottom of it. I will let you know when i have something. same exact symptoms. i am leaning toward a bad impeller clutch or lockup clutch inside my torque conv. It seem to do it more after long sittings.
