04 6.0 injector problems

i have an 04 6.0 and the dealer is telling me i need 4 new injectors. truck is showing 103,000 on the clock so its out of warranty. should i let the dealer fix it or try and save some money and do it myself? is there a company out there that sells a better injector? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

go to the vendor jungle at the top , a lot of them sell better injectors and you should find some more help there .
