I hate to alarm you but.
My truck is stock other the the 4'' TB exhaust, intake, 8'' lift and 37'' tires.
I could power break and spin the tires easily. however if my truck was cold I couldnt spin my tires for the life of anything. and even trying to acclerate while cold just did happen. infact I couldnt get out of my driveway sometimes while cold.
The fix: I took my truck to the dealer told them what it was doing, they took it in for warrenty work and replaced #4 and #6 injectors, Pulled and replaced the clogged EGR valve, and replaced my GPCM something to do with Glow plugs (small computer)
Since then, It has run flawless, and has lots of power when cold. does not feel sluggish anymore and runs very smooth.
However with out warrenty you could be looking at $2000 - 3000 for that to be done. maybe look in to aftermarket injectors if they need to be done. and you dont have warrenty to cover you.
