Just changed my first coolant filter and NO goo or sand!
I installed a new coolant filter system about 800 miles ago in preparation for a coolant flush.
I still have the Ford Gold in the system and the truck has 29,000 miles on it. I removed my first coolant filter and much to my surprise, it's completely clean! Nothing in there-- filter looked new. Anyone else remember experiencing that? After reading all the posts on various websites, I was expecting something. I know this is probably good news, but it surprised me. |
