Help with two codes p0284 and p0487

I plugged in my bully dog programmer tonight and it let me pull 2 codes from the truck. There is no check engine light on but the two codes were p0284 cylinder 8 contribution balance and p0487 i believe that was to do with the egr. I do have the truck programed with the bully dog now. It still feels like it has a misfire just wondering if the p 0284 means my injector on cylinder 8 is bad? I used the rev- x and that didnt help much! Any ideas???????? I wanna get this think running right!!!!

not really a solution, but i know cylinder 8 is the most common failed injector, i know this from experience!

i know from word of mouth, i wouldnt drive it with a bad injector, could hydrolock and blow the motor

injector buzz test are what the dealer can do to test if the injectors are any good, individually narrows the problem. takes the dealer 1 hour, but must be done when the motor is 100% cold.

Who's shop? You need a competent 6.0 tech or you could end up back where you are or worse off. Just saying, read of it happening too often. G'luck.
