6.0L Hot no start

I'm working on a 2003 F-250 with a 6.0. I have a no start condition when the engine coolant temp gets above 170 degrees. I've checked base engine oil pressure, air test, and head block off test. I've replaced #2 injector, IPR, ICP, both stand pipes, and two different high pressure oil pumps. If anyone out there has any advice, I would be glad to hear it. Thanks.

to the ORG. If I remember right, the hot no start can be a crack in the HPOP. Not 100% sure though. Maybe Marc or Scott will chime in here and let ya know for sure.

When the engine won't start, ICP is at 370psi, and .61 volts. While cranking, IPR increases to 84.77%. I've gotten the engine hot and removed the valve covers and blocked off each head individually. Pressure on each head was 1000-1400psi while cranking. Dead head the HPOP and it makes 3000psi. I've already installed two HPOP and the truck has never left the shop.
