Heater Temperature Issue

So i have a 06 Lariat with the electronic temp controller and the heat will only work at 90 degrees and then when i try and turn it down it goes straight to 85 from 90 then puts out no heat.... haven't got the slightest idea what might be causing this! Any one have any ideas?

Ford had my for over a month but mine was AC problems everytime i picked it up it would put out more heat on the the AC side they replaced the orifice tube, got hotter, worked on the compresser got even hotter, then after a long hot summer it was the solenoid for the dump doors they had to hook up there PC to the OBDII port to find it you would think that would be the first thing they would do. Does your AC work in the auto mod.

No as soon as i turn it on to auto the whole thing shuts right off, no heat no AC no nothing. Put it back on manual mode and it fires right back up

Kinda says ya need a new climate controler.
