Oil in coolant resevoir

Well the title says it all... My truck has been pushing a little water out lately and tonight when I checked the coolant level I found oil around the cap :/. I just did an egr delete and head studs and new gaskets less then 5,000 miles ago any ideas?

I learned the hard way too! I did my head gaskets and studs about 5k ago too. My oil cooler is plugged big time. It definately sounds like your cooler ruptured internally. I'm in the process of doing my cooler right now. Not too bad of a job to do, major PIA is removing the turbo. Once turbo has been removed you have plenty of room to work on it. I guess next time if I ever do a head gasket job again on another truck, replace oil cooler while in there. My lessoned learned!
