06 Powerstroke with trouble codes, 720, 403, and 405

Truck has an egr delete with no egr at all, and the cat has been removed. I'm assuming the 403 and 405 have to do with the egr, please correct me if I am wrong. What is the 720? It showed up when I first got in the truck to test drive it but has not shown back up.

Thanks for any info you can share.

Ok its seems the egr is the first but what does that 720 code mean? Can anyone dumb it down for me?

I have done some reading about the 720 code, is it possible that this was caused by dead betteries? I've seen people say that alternator issues have some how caused this issue and when we went to start the truck the batteries were dead.
