2005 f250 light issues

Recently I lost running lights and dash lights and only have headlights. I'm not sure where to begin with this. There are exposed wires from the broken turn signal in my mirror when my truck was side swiped, but this problem didn't happen until three days after. now the truck is in the body shop getting fixed up so I cant really mess with it. If anyone has any idea on what to look at when I get it back I'd appreciate any help being I don't want to be cruising around with no dash lights or running lights.

Check your fuzes and light module relay, the wires may have touched and shorted or even damaged the lamp module.

checked fuses all seemed ok, when I get it back I'll check the module relay
