EGR Delete and now None of the interior Elctronics work

My father in law just had his HPOP replaced along with EGR delete. The truck starts and runs/drives great but the dash guages do not work, the radio does not work, the power windows/locks and all interior lights do not work.
The exterior lights all work fine.
The guy who did the work found one fuse that was blown and replaced it but said he could not find any other fuses that were bad. Everything was working perfect prior to the EGR delete and HPOP replacement.
Any Ideas????

his truck is a 04 F250 6.0 FX4,Auto,XLT.

You are going to love this answer,in the dash cluster there is a accessory relay that turns on all the windows,radio,4x4,dash gauges etc,(it blew).it has nothing to do with the egr delete,my truck worked perfect one night going home and the next morning same thing u have.I found a used dash at a wrecking yard and printed out the original miles and the new miles and when the dash went dead(mine has 69000 less on it now).i cannot repair this dash as i cannot find any schematics on were or what it looks like on the back of the dash...

that is all it is...

I realize the EGR delete itself wasnt the cause of this issue, I put that in there so everyone would get an idea of what was being done to the truck.
I did find out some more information, The truck sat in the mechanics garage for almost 40 days before he was able to get to everything. When he got everything put back together and tried to start the truck, the batt's were dead and he had to charge them for about an hour before the truck would start.
I think I read somewhere that the PCM can shutdown the dash if the voltage is to low?????
Im wondereing if the mechanic didnt somehow blow a fuse or relay or inline fuse when he was putting the batteries back in.

I hope it doesnt require replacing the guage cluster like you did though, that would be the sucks.
