New oil cooler - how much time to do?

Hey guys,
I just bought an oil cooler kit and I'm going to put it in this weekend. I have the EGR deleted so how much time should it take me to do this? I need the truck on Monday so I need to do it quick. I have been wrenching a lot of years but this is my first diesel.
Thanks.

This is your second thread in the 6.7 section. If you have a 6.7 you need to update your sig.

If its a 6.0 you looking at a good 7-15hrs depending on how fast you work. I had a guy that has done over a hundred oil/egr cooler replacments and it took him about 7hrs to do mine and he worked with only 1 short break to eat. We did do both the egr and oil cooler though so maybe you could knock off abit of time. I would leave myself the entire weekend to do it incase you have a problem just to be safe. Did you already flush your coolant system? If not you will want to do that first and that will take a good 5-8hrs.

Thanks SharkDriver. I'm new to the forum and didn't realize I had posted in the 6.7 forum. Sorry.
