bad turbo lag after warranty repairs

Been experiencing very bad turbo lag for a period of months. I have had it into a dealer just recently, they replaced the turbo and 2 injectors but the still problem remains and maybe got worse. I'm also puffing black but only after engine is warmed up. Not throwing any codes, so what's the deal?

Turbo vanes stuck. They didn't replace the turbo I bet.
Or I'm wrong. But it's my good guess.

From loooking at the turbo some of it looks new but there seems to be half of it that's still the old parts. In the invoice it says he opened it up and found the unison ring seized and bad corrossion, and then it said replaced. Hmmmm

Sure enough I double checked. They replaced the blower but left everything else. So I still got the rusted out unison ring and vanes. **** ford and being so cheap

Take it back, and go off on them. Take pictures of everything. Now and after they "work on it."
