Zero boost with tow/haul activated

This is referring to my father's truck. He has an 05 Powerstroke. All he runs for fluids are synthetics, and he changes all fluids on time. As far as maintenance goes, it is top notch. With that being said, he has an intake, muffler cut and an edge juice platinum with attitude.

The issue at hand happened about 5 times before the edge was even put on. Whenever tow/haul mode is activated and the trans shifts into 5th TC lock the boost will drop to 1 or 2 psi. Whenever it shifts down to 5 it will pick back up again to normal. He said it only seems to be acting up when it is in tow/haul mode. Any suggestions?

Everything on the dash appears normal.

you have to check the edge for codes it i think it over rides the light for some reason at least mine does
