i have a 03 f350 with a 8 inch lift. I found i have a bad bushing on the front of my leave springs. Is it possible just to change the bushing or do i need a new leave spring. if it changable is it hard to push the old bushing out and install a new one

The hardest part is getting the old bushing out.

The old bushings don't want to come out. The sleeve around the rubber is so thin it's hard to get a good seat to press it out. Last few I've done I had to use a torch to burn the rubber out, and then press the outer collar. It may be tough sourcing a bushing if the lift kit isn't mainstream. Consider doing the rearmost bushing on the same leaf as well, if not all of them.
