The old bushings don't want to come out. The sleeve around the rubber is so thin it's hard to get a good seat to press it out. Last few I've done I had to use a torch to burn the rubber out, and then press the outer collar. It may be tough sourcing a bushing if the lift kit isn't mainstream. Consider doing the rearmost bushing on the same leaf as well, if not all of them.
