help!!

I went on vacation to the Rocky mountains pulling a 16 ft enclosed cargo trailer, and blew an oil cooler. I had to get a local diesel mechanic fix it, and ever since i have had a terrible miss! It wasnt like that before. I had to drive it 23 hours home like this, and it barely pulled all the hills it is terribly weak and shakes, and bucks. Made it home, but runs like crap! Can anyone help?

Also, have you checked your oil level? Is it high? Smell funny?
