anyone use diesel kleen?

I started my first cycle of diesel kleen and it seems to be cleaning real well. Lots of smoke is clearning out but the turbo lag is horrible. How many cycles do you think I need to run this before some of the lag goes away? Just got a new turbo so its definitely just the smoke clogging things up

I run it every tank. But I'm just learning about these things myself. Just got mine a few weeks ago.

On an '06 model EGR delete will affect turbo spooling and overall engine performance.

I don't have my egr deleted yet. How does it affect performance? Worse or better?

I get black smoke when boost gets over 20, but on '06 models you get a check engine light if you remove the EGR.

Other than the check engine light how else does it hurt the performance?

I've used diesel kleen and it doesn't smoke like that unless it's an old truck that's been sitting for years.
Turbo lag is bad? Blowing black smoke? Stuck VGT vanes, bad VGT solenoid.

Lemme see if I can track down the analysis sheet of all the diesel additives. Diesel Kleen was in the top 10, I know that. I use it, no problems, no complaints.
