What is and where is this Vref thing........

From my understanding this controls voltage to the FICM and PCM does anyone no where it is??? thanks a bunch!

reference voltage is a constant voltage sent out from the PCM to various sensors to have a reliable input feeding back to it

vref never changes, it's always 5v
