Ringing Brakes Issue
Not sure if this is the right place, but I got to figure this problem out.
For the past 3 months I've had this ringing in the brakes when I press on the pedal, it only happens on level ground or down slopes, and only when I'm using lite but consistent pressure. I went into my dealership 2 weeks ago, and they said that the pistons in both rear calipers were seizing up causing them not to fully release the pads when braking, and they replaced them and regreased everything. About 2 miles from the dealer, it started to do it again, and I drove right back to them, and they had one of their diesel mechanics ride w/ me and ofcourse we heard nothing. But since then, I think I've been able to pinpoint when it happens, I'm just not sure what is causing it, but it really is starting to make me think that there could be some serious issue w/ the brakes, and not to mention it is starting to really piss me off. I just wanted to see if anyone here had any insight, I'm taking it to another dealer near my work today, hoping to get an answer on what it is.
Thanks for all help.
