Smoke and need advice

I have 07 6.0 with just over 92k. I have had 2 EGR coolers and oil coolers replaced and have been blowing past cap for couple of years. WIll keep short. Dealer says can't find why blowing past cap. I replaced cap which helped for a while. I don't have chip/tune and rearely tune and don't run hard. Recently started when i take off it makes a little smoke. Runs fine. I have been paranoid since I had the 2nd EGR and OIL cooler. Now this smoke thing. Warrenty will be up at end of year or 100k, which ever comes first. I don't know to spend $3k or whatever extended warranty is, or hold on to $ and spend it if someting goes wrong which I am sure will, or get rid of it. It's paid off, in perfecr shape inside and out, expect for frickin engine. My wife, which surprised me said why don't we get a new one when they go to switch model years. Sure, but i have to have a payment. More personal property tax and i only drive on weekends and bad weather and mine is in good shape other wise, but i have never trusted this engine since not long after i had it. I would not sell it to a friend and i would not tow long distance. WOuld you all pay for extended warranty and just keep it?

someone at your dealer is trying to avoid doing head gaskets under warranty! tell ya what ask them to hook up pressure gauge to cooling system to correct port on left side of degas bottle looking at engine and you get in it with him and beat the piss out of it until it hot and then tell me what that gauge does!! i bet that bottle screams on every accell under full boost!! BOTTOM LINE IS NEEDS HEAD GASKETS AND PROBABLY DID AFTER THE SECOND COOLER WAS PUT ON!!!

Print it out and bring it with you to that dealer.
A MUCH better idea is to NEVER deal with that dealer again, since he has been jerking your chain for YEARS about this problem.
I will repeat again what I said in the last thread, find a new dealer!!!!!!
