New tuner....but a truck that wont run with it, HELP!

Just installed my new sct x3 in my truck yesterday and was taking it out for a joyride when it began lunging and bucking at an intersection....then it proceeded to stall out. I was able to start it and back out of traffic. The code i got was p0603 - internal control module keep alive memory error. I returned the truck to stock and limped it home. If anyone has any information on what went wrong and how to fix the problem I would greatly appreciate it.

Do you have gauges on the truck? I believe that DTC is the code that pops up when you reprogram the PCM and isn't necessarily your problem.

That code has nothing to do with your issue?

Did you go WOT right away or did you let the trans learn?
