injectors replacment and trans fluid

I just replaced my fuel injectors, is there any thing to do prior to start up (i dont think there is but asking anyway) bleeding air ect.. like the old 7.3 i used to have.

and whats the best automatic transmission fluid to use for the truck?

Just put a battery charger on the truck so you don't run the batteies down and fry the FICM. You HAVE to use Mercon SP or the new Mercon LV transmission fluid in the 5R110.
