Turbo leak?

I hear a slight hissing when I go up to my turbo when its running and I can't tell if its coming from the exhaust pipe from my turbo or the Y pipe. I can only hear it when up close under the hood. I also have a grinding noise that vibrates the floor and the hood while I'm driving. Any ideas?
