turbo sounds ????

ok ive noticed here in past few days that my turbo makes a more hollow nise starting at about 16 lbs but at 20 or higher it seems like its just blowing out under the hood the ole lady says its always done that but i beg to differ i know a noise issue is hard to help with since you cant hear what i hear ive looked at the boots and every thing is good the onlyt thing i did notice is taht the turbo looks wet like oil soaked but theres no leaks or sprays so idk but if nay one has input on this il take what i can get thanks
