Need some help.....no power

Today I replaced my egr cooler and oil cooler. Everything seemed to go pretty good besides the dropped tool or hardware.

Anyways It took a little to get it started but then it did and it starts every time just fine. My problem is I have a rushing air sound. My wife and I both think we here it coming from the passenger side rear by the turbo. I also have no power when I step on the gas and the heater is blowing cold.

Does anyone have any ideas? I am new to diesels and I'm completely lost.

YEP, I would bet the up pipe connection to the turbo is leaking. This can be a real pain to get connected and sealed. The OEM clamp will NOT pull the connection together. This has to be spot on before the clamp goes on. GOOD LUCK this can take hours sometimes.

Would it also cause no heat with the heater?
