DTC Code list?

I just had another code pop up today it is P0341. I have found a code list link and I just want to make sure it is accurate and also to see if anyone has a better link for me. Also what is the action to take for this code.

P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor A circuit. range/performance. (bank 1 or single sensor)

CMP signal intermittent

Poor connection, defective sensor, electrical noise.
