Hard Start?

Never had a problem before than I got the oil changed and I noticed it cranks for 4-5 seconds before firing now just about 5000k on the oil now before it would take up to 15 seconds before fire. Dont know if it has to do with the oil or not and im not sure what they put in or whats best for it my truck is a 2007 f350 powerstroke I notice if I let the fuel run really low and fill it up it will honestly crank for a minuite wearing the batterys down.
Just curious if anybody has an idea
Never seen a drop of oil on the ground.

Oils to thin
like 8 different ideas and Im not about to replace 7 different parts to find out it was the 8th part and waste 3 grand.

No codes that were mentioned in the 1200 dollar inspection report 4 weeks ago.
