Need SCT Help

I am having a problem updating my tune revision on my SCT. TxFireman had the same problem but apparantly he is smart enough to figure it out and I'm not. Could anybody help me with this. I need to be able to tune my truck by tomorrow morning. Here is the problem I am having.

Do you have a zip program on your computer?

I'm not sure. TxFireman sent me a PM with instructions to correct the matter and I am in the process of doing it now. Hopefully it will work.
