oil filter help!
I just changed my oil filter and drained my oil pan only to find that the little locking disc inside the oil filter housing cover is cracked. Does anyone know if this is a part I can find at any auto warehouse or is this a Ford dealership part?

UMMmm... Ouch!! Is that the oil cover you are speaking of?
If so, some auto parts store carry nice billet covers...good time to upgrade!! GOOD LUCK MAN!!

Its not the cover that is cracked but the small locking disk inside it. I need to know if I can run the truck to go find one?
