Selecting the right SCT Tuner

Well I've become more confused than ever when it comes to selecting the tuner/analyzer that I might need. From looking on line it appears the options are almost limitless. If one of you could make a recommendation I would greatly appreciate it. All I want to do is the following:
1) Be able to monitor all critical temps and pressures.
2) Read and clear codes.
3) Possible EGR complete delete.
4) Canned flashes to maximise efficiencies and power. Minimal, if any custom tuning.
5) Something with proven safties to protect all power train components.

I want to keep it simple and inexpensive as possible. If you can offer an exact model number I would greatly appreciate it.

You need two for what you want.

You need an SCT X3 for the tunes. I would def recommend going custom, better for the tranny.

You need a EDGE CS or CTS for the monitoring. Just make sure you get the pyro cable.

You can look at the Livewire, but I hear it's really big, and you would still have to install a separate EGT gauge. I'm also not too sure of all the PIDs it can see/monitor

SCT X3 or 2 with custom tunes, and an Edge Insight CS or CTS get my vote

I have used them they are nice. I likw the SCT for tuning and that Edge CTS for data monitoring is nice. The TSX is a complete package.

If the TSX has all of the problems that the live wire has I would avoid it.
