CEL,PO299,PO470,cleared,gone,truck runs fine?

My wife took my 06 F350 and trailer into town to pick up a horse. She called and said the CEL came on, but the truck seemed to be running normal. After she got home, I ran the codes with the Edge Insighr CTS and found a PO299 (turbocharger under boost) and a PO470 (exhaust back pressurecsensor circuit malfunction). I cleared the codes and the CEL went off. I took the truck for a short (4 mile) drive and all gauges on the dash and Edge Insight were normal.
10-11 degree spread on ECT/EOT. Boost readings were normal when I got on it. No smoke (black or white). No puking. Engine sounds fine. Starts easy/smooth. Runs fine. No loss of power. CEL stayed off. Ran the codes and got a P1000.

Bought the truck last Aug with 90,000 on it. Approaching 100,000. Have had no problems with it except a brief 1 hr period when the AC wouldn't work. getting ready for my second oil change and first fuel filter change.

Your thoughts?
