Bad Vibrations....

Ok, so I am a proud new owner of a Super Duty.... From what I hear I picked a Doosy of a year to buy one from.... Its a 2005 F350 Lariat 4 Door long box SRW. I am noticing a vibration when rpms are between 1500 and 2100. As soon as I let off the pedal it goes away. Does anyone know what I should be looking for? Could it be Injectors?

my shop mechanic is skeptical about the 04 and 05 6.0's, Only because he has had a couple motors go bad with less that 100k on them. 2 qts of ATF?
