Not good If you have coolent coming out the degas tank your HG could be bad. Do you have any white smoke witch would be the EGR cooler being bad caused by the oil cooler being plugged. Gauges are needed to tell the difference in ECT-EOT max is 15* i think if you are close to 10* going 55-60 freeway speed after 20-30 minutes your coolers are going bad. No heat in the cab LOW on coolent ( you could have a bad t/stat also )
You could pull the EGR valve when it is cold to see if it is damp do it nose down hill a little check here
