what now. truck has no power

hi i have a 03 6 liter and today when i was driving i lost all power when i step on the gas. Its like the truck is guttless. when i go up a hill or anything and i need to step on the gas its like the truck just doesnt have any power and my temp will spike up and blow out of the degas bottle and i will also loose the heat in the cab also. if i sit on the side of the road for a minute or 2 the temp will drop back down and i will get heat in the cab again. but still it has no power when you step on the gas. Its almost like its a farting noise when you step on it. I can hear my turbo spool but its like theres no power in the engine

Mine did something similiar the other day with the exception of the loss of heat stuff...My turbo would spool but the truck wouldnt go anywhere. Engine would get really quiet while I was on the gas but went back to normal sound when I let off...ended up being my HPOP.

Something to look into...

Book time is about 8 hours but can probably be done in 6. Not sure where it's located...my buddy is doing it for me. But the Ford dealership here charges $634 for the part. Get a good scantool like a MODIS hooked up to it and have someone look at your oil pressure demands and actual oil pressure under load before you go buy a $600 part though.
