Won't Crank - Electrical Issue

2004 1 Ton - 6.0L Powerstroke

- Engine Won't crank after glow plugs warm
- Gauge Needles Jump Erratically

- Connect 6 amp battery charger to driver side battery for 15 minutes

- Engine Cranks and starts after glow plug warms
- Fuel guage proceeds very slowly from empty posistion to appropriate tank level
- Anti-Lock brake light stays lit until vehicle is driven a short distance

bad or old batteries... had the problem a couple times when it was cold myself. sometimes itll crank and or just sound like the starter is free spooling. first time i just changed my starter thinking it was then then the next winter realized it was actually my batteries and now im starting to have starter issues again after installing the 4th starter on my 6.0 only maybe 6 months ago.
