6.0 electical issue

Probably not 6.0 specific, but it is on an 03 with a 6.0. My trailer brake light has been blinking like it has a bad connection. Then yesterday it completely quit working, and there is an occasional weird buzzing/clicking coming from under the dash somewhere. The weird thing is that decelerating, turning blinkers on, or pushing on the brake makes the buzz go away, if its happening. I reached under the dash while it was doing it, and there is a cluster of wires that I could feel vibrating.

Any ideas?

I have known flashers to buzz. do your blinkers and hazards work normally? Does it only have that problem when the trailer is hooked up?

No, I haven't had a trailer on since it started doing it. Blinkers work normal, haven't tried the hazards. Is the flasher located under the dash kinda between the steering wheel and the radio? Thats where the noise comes from.
