Injector 4 Low Circuit

Was driving home across 3 states, filled up and put in a bottle of diesel kleen and about 2 miles down the road it felt like my tranny was slipping. I pulled over and figured out that one of my injectors started missing. I got back on the highway and pulled into a gas station, shut the engine off and turned it back on and it threw a code. I checked it with my tuner and it said Injector 4 low circuit. What are the possibilities here? The Injectors are brand new and were running great for about 1000 miles. I checked the plug on top of the valve cover and it as all plugged in and the FICM read 48.1 volts.
